V - Well it all started just after Baz left the band,we all thought "Where do we go from here?" At that time there was this little shack(perfect for a recording studio)in an Ealing Mews going for "bugger all money" and after some serious blagington smythes (thank you Sean),we got the money for some decent outboard equipment and spanking new mixing desk.Anyway, after a couple of months we got into manufacturing - CDs,vinyl and cassettes, which took off like a taking off thing, but took out a lot of our time. Finally we thought, why not go the whole way and start up our own record label. We got together with a guy called Paul Caff who knows his tomatoes inside out(he's worked with just about every Indie label worth working for over the last few years) and hey presto Diversity, our very own label, was born.
T - But what about the new album?
V - Well,it's different from the old stuff,a lot more groovy,as the whole band has taken part with writing where as before,Baz used to do most of it.Now the whole band are a lot more involved and enthused about the whole thing.
T - How would you describe the album in three words?
V - "Music from the devils bottom!"
T - But that's five words!
V - I know but it sounds good.
T - What's happened to Sean's hair?
V - Sean's crimpers conked out one day when he was in a particularly bad mood,so he shaved the lot off and now looks like that dodgy bloke from Judas Priest!
